Both boys screamed when they got their shots. OUCH! But Samuel definitely took the opportunity to demonstrate his lung capacity. Wow, that kid can scream! Wesley screamed and then immediately forgot about it. Samuel kept screaming and screaming. Boy was he mad! Can't say that I blame him. I've always hated needles myself.
Life continues to be an insane whirlwind of diapers, feedings and little sleep but I have to report that the boys are beginning to sleep a little longer at night which has been WONDERFUL!!! The doctor told us at our last visit that we didn't need to keep waking them up every 3 hours to eat and we could just let them tell us when they are hungry. I guess their little butterball legs are enough evidence that they have extra stores of fat to carry them through if they oversleep. He he! Anyway, they've been pretty consistently sleeping in 4 and 5 hour stretches at night which is a dream for me because that means I can potentially get stretches of 3 hours of sleep at a time now! What a relief!

We will be taking both boys to an opthamalogist because if you watch their eyes, they don't always track together. I don't know if it's lazy eye or what. The doctor says that it's not that uncommon and they should grow out of it by about 3 months of age, but wanted us to see an eye doctor just to be sure.

So glad the boys are well and thriving. Great that you're getting a bit more sleep, too. I can't even imagine how hard it must be with newborn twins, but what a gift for God.
Blessings.
Oops! I meant to say what a gift FROM God...I guess it's a gift for Him, too...since He loves all His children. :o)
2 months already! Wow! Glad they are chunky and thriving and ready to give mom and dad a little more sleep!! :)
